Buying a home can involve a lot of moving pieces. My role is to help you understand what comes next, keep the process organized, and coordinate the details from your initial search through closing.
Define your goals and budget
We start with what matters to you: price range, timing, preferred home features, commute or lifestyle considerations, and any areas of San Diego you want to explore. If financing is involved, getting pre-approved early can help establish a practical search range.
Search and tour homes
We narrow the available options, review new listings, and tour homes that fit your priorities. The goal is not simply to see more properties, but to compare the right ones and understand the tradeoffs.
Prepare an offer
When you find a home you want to pursue, we review the available property information and structure an offer around your price, timing, contingencies, and other terms.
Inspections and due diligence
Once under contract, the focus shifts to inspections, disclosures, financing and the other due-diligence items that apply to the transaction. I help keep deadlines and questions organized as you evaluate the property.
Move through escrow
During escrow, I stay in communication with the parties involved and help you track the remaining milestones so you know what is happening before closing.
Close and get the keys
Before closing, we work through the final steps and any remaining transaction items. Once the transaction records and closes, the home is yours.
